You are solely responsible for validating any insights before making business decisions.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any ideas you submit to Litmus. We do not claim ownership of your submissions. By submitting an idea, you grant Litmus a limited license to process and analyze the content solely for the purpose of providing the service. The generated reports and analyses are your property, subject to any applicable subscription terms.
Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Subscription Terms
